@Cecillia thank you. Just spoke to the consultant who was more than supportive and didn't want to get into the weeds of anything. Neither do it. I just won't be taking him back there and hope they understand why. I am more than prepared to tell them what was off about it
Hopefully you get something back, I know our daycare would take one month notice at a minimum
All fees are non refundable and in accordance with whatever they set in place the only way you could get something waived is if you've talked to management or the owner and raised the issues and see if you can work something out with them. Otherwise they might just say too bad
