Thats what i felt like it was too. Shes had 4 teeth coming in over the last few weeks so i had figured it may be that or just a phase. I guess i just wanted to know im not alone 😂😩. Its been rough!
@Tiffany yeah don’t stress yourself out too much about this phase a lot of big changes are happening with them. Just keep trying to expose her to solids, right now food is for fun not always the main source of nutrition.
Yes my little man will be 11 months on the 3rd and refuses he gags i believe it’s a texture thing, however with him I notice if I give him what I am eating he does not gag and will eat with me maybe try that??
@Jessica thank you! Hopefully it wont last much longer and she'll be eating good by the time shes 1
@Alissa yeah she has always been a bit hesitant about new textures, but had finally gotten to a point where she was eating more textured food. Within the past 2-3 weeks she'll spit it out if theres any texture at all 😩. Ive tried eating and then letting her have a bite and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt 🤷🏼♀️.
Currently dealing with this except my girl is losing weight as well🥹 she also won’t drink milk from anything other than a boob and water in a water bottle. She just turns her head and profusely shakes “No” or bounce away lol. We’ve had 2 weight checks so far and I’m looking into food therapy maybe later sown the line if she doesn’t improve but for now i just keep offering her things and take note of whatever she does eat even if it’s a little.

Yes I’m having the same issue I’m just taking it as a milestone that’s coming up or just irritation from teething. He’s slowly getting interested in solids again.
