Solids

I never had any issues with my first but my daughter barely eats any real food. She’ll eat yoghurt and fruit no problem, but no carbs or protein most of the time. She’s still breastfed so I’m not overly worried from a nutrition standpoint but could do with some solidarity or maybe food suggestions? I don’t know

My little boy never use to be fussy and now he will only eat chicken nuggets and fish fingers. He does also have fruit and yogurts but that’s it.

We're very similar, my daughter will have yoghurt, egg, hummus and some fruits but that's about it....I try her with lots of things but it's always a no! She doesn't seem to have combined foods, like when I make something like potato and cauliflower bites she won't touch them, just goes for single food things...it's exhausting and I do worry....! Just got to keep going and that they will get there...always here if you want to chat xx

P.s. she's gorgeous!!

I wish my baby would eat yoghurt! I find it very odd she doesn’t. Mine will only eat carbs, cheese and peas! Porridge in the morning or weetabix is okay, Pasta mainly for dinner, eggs sometimes, cheese always but even toast is hit and miss. Blueberries yes but all other fruit she’s refusing including bananas which she used to love. They go through so many phases I’m tying not to worry but my god it’s frustrating
