I moved from downtown to the Briar-Hill Belgravia area, and honestly, I really love it. There's an early on close by, parks, its close by a shopping center, a trail, and a ravine isn't too far off. It's close by a few subway stations, too, and there's two other malls that you can get to on the bus. Lots of families. 😊

Roncesvalles is full of young families. But it depends what you're looking for when you say "family area". Do you want a big yard? Or be close to parks? Close to activities? Or something more suburban?
