I eat pretzel sticks and apple sauce right now and sip Gatorade… occasionally I can stomach a bit of canned fruit…. But basically living off of air right now. 😭
Unsalted sunflower seeds helps with spitting also. Granola bars ,protein bars apples and peanut butter . Apple ,veggie applesauce pouches,ensure but drink real slow, whole grain crackers
Water with limes or lemon everyday helps I was super addicted to that helps with hydration the natural way. Stay away Gatorade and Powerade. That will give u another problem if u get addicted. Coconut water good too. I lost 40 pounds during my pregnancy I had to wear a pump for 5 mths . All of these things helped after I was able to come off my liquid diet.
Bagels helped me try putting peanut butter on it.

If you can tolerate ice blocks/crushed ice/homemade frappes, they can help you hydrate a bit while ‘eating’ and keeping up the constant top ups. Otherwise, dry stuff like chips, crackers and nuts can be easier to have in small amounts and keep down—just keep salt content in mind.
