At almost 7 months my LB only has breakfast + bottle and for the rest of the day 3 more bottles. Total 990ml of milk in 24hrs xx

I make easy purees in the nutri bullet at the start of the week and feed my LO those. Just steam the veg and throw it all in and it takes seconds! This week is a little broccoli, peas and sweet potato and she loved it!
We’re currently on 1 meal a day (around 1-3pm) depending how the day falls but we’re only 2 weeks into our weaning journey. The NHS guidance is that baby needs around 600ml of milk a day so, so long as your little boy is still having that I would say continue with his meal schedule! X
At 6 months they should only be having 1 meal a day. I usually give my baby 1 pouch and then maybe like 1 cracker a few hours later. They generally advise that they shouldn't be eating 3 meals until 9-10 months old. The main question is has their milk intake decreased because they should still be drinking the same if not more milk before they started weaning, they need the milk to survive n the food is for fun at this age. So as long as theu haven't decreased feeds or overall oz in a day then technically no ur not giving to much food but if u find they start drinking less of don't start wanting more milk when they get older definitely decrease how much food u r giving if that makes sense. On the NHS website for weaning it gives guidelines as to how much food/meals they should be having. Every baby is different tho my baby is 7 months old next week n he has 4x 9oz bottles a day. 1 main meal n then some snacks x
