I’d also advise against tracking. Babies are intuitive eaters, that changes somewhere along the way partly due to things like this. Offer a healthy variety for each meal and allow your baby to eat what and how much they want. I’d only track if there was a medical issue, such as baby needing to gain weight.
I’m definitely not ‘tracking calories’ but she’s reduced her milk intake since starting solids so I was simply just wondering how many calories she was having from her food compared to the milk she’s dropped 😁

I’m not really tracking that at this stage. I’m just focused on letting him try a variety of flavours and textures.
