Hi Emma, a few of my friends highly recommended the hypnobirthing online pack by The Positive Birth Company. I haven't started it yet myself being only 17 weeks but just bought it and will let you know how it goes. It's £39 for the pack
Hi Emma, We did a Hypnobirthing birthing course with Sofie Rutherford, I can’t recommend her enough. Really friendly and experienced. We did group sessions via zoom. Sofierutherford.com
