Nanny

Hey mamas so my bd took a huge hissy fit this morning because he asked to keep my son for an extra hour & I said no because I had stuff to do. He was exposed to keep him until 4 so I can go to work then he turns around & tells me he doesn’t want to watch my son today and then turns around & asks for more time. I had to call in to work because I don’t have a babysitter yet. So I’m interviewing a person tomorrow & hopefully I get to hire them to watch my son. I’m charging $15 an hour because I can’t afford anymore then that. Has anyone been in this situation before. Like I only want to spend around $600 a month one child care since I can’t afford anymore then that cause money is so tight right now & since i’m going to school in a few months it’s going to be extra tight money wise. Any tips on how to go about this?

Where do you live??

@Gia Ottawa, Ontario

In Ohio we have job and family services, I get what’s called title 20. And it is to help with low income families. Like for example I currently pay $0 a week for my kids to go to daycare because I am on maternity leave but when I was working I was working part time so I was able to put them into daycare for 24.9 hours a week and pay $29 a week. You should look into it and see if you have anything like that
