First trimester

Did anyone experience being Out of breath the very first few weeks of finding out they are pregnant? I don’t know rather to be concerned or not, I’ve never been out of breath in my past pregnancy’s especially early on. I have a past of an ectopic so I get nervous about everything, I haven’t had my 1st appt yet as I think I’m still really early. Also having pretty much no pregnancy symptoms also leads me to think it’s ectopic again. /:

Yes. I did. I remember walking up one flight of stairs with my colleague and I literally had to catch my breath. She was in her 50s absolutely fine and told me to go drs and get a blood test to see if I’m anaemic as it’s not normal. (I’m a healthy slim late 20s) - I didn’t know at the time I was pregnant, found out a couple weeks later

I definitely did but it went away around the same time my morning sickness went away

@Samm same xx

yeah, I remember feeling a bit out of breath early on too, it can be super nerve-wracking, especially with your history, but I think it's pretty common to feel different symptoms with each pregnancy, so try not to stress too much... but definitely chat with your doc when you can! here's what the 'Heal Baby Care App' says.... "It's understandable to feel anxious, especially with your history of ectopic pregnancy. Being out of breath early in pregnancy can be due to hormonal changes, increased blood volume, or anxiety. However, since you have concerns about your past experience, it's important to monitor your symptoms closely. If you experience severe pain, dizziness, or any unusual symptoms, please seek medical attention promptly.
