And maybe also request to have your bp checked more frequently if they haven't already suggested it. Or buy your own BP machine if you'd prefer to monitor it yourself. I didn't have any symptoms at all. I had swelling in my feet and ankles but that's normal during late stage pregnancy anyway. But if it wasn't for my midwife appointments picking up on my high BP and urine protein, I'd never have known I had it x

I was diagnosed with preeclampsia at 37 weeks and induced at 38 weeks. I started with symptoms around the same time as you. 32 weeks ish (High blood pressure during my routine appointments). In my experience, my midwife started scheduling to see me every few days or if she couldn't see me I'd go into the clinic to have more frequent blood pressure monitoring. I found that mine would peak and dip at random times but when it was high, it would be about 149/100 so I spent a lot of time in triage. You should definitely be on some form of medication such as aspirin. It doesn't always prevent it but it can help. I was on aspirin from around 15 weeks. You're more at risk of getting preeclampsia with first pregnancies I believe. I'd say just keep an eye on your symptoms from here on out. Any sudden swelling in your face/hands/feet. Blurred vision. Pains in your right arm/shoulder/right side of your chest or abdomen. Headaches and nausea
