Toddlers eczema is so bad

My bubbies has always suffered with eczema - but recently it’s gotten so bad. I think I need to cut dairy out as I head that can aggravate it. He’s a massive cheese fan. I’ve been lubing him up with Vaseline which helped his legs and I’ve used steroid cream but new patches keep forming so it’s got to be diet related. He keeps scratching and now has cut his tummy and shoulder so he’s got To have a plaster over it. What can I use as a substitute for his cows milk? Please help

Hi we’re going through the same thing. I’ve sent you a message x

We use oat milk and aveena dermexo products x

It could be hayfever. Pollen counts have shot up recently, especially hawthorn. My partner has hayfeber sensitive eczema (as well as stress eczema) and his has flared up this week, along with my son's. And all of us are walking around sounding like Americans with blocked noses haha

My little girl has really bad eczema, she's on antihistamines from the doctor's as it flares more with pollen etc. we've also been using skin salvation cream from leftfield living as it's all natural and it's helped her so much. We were using steroids / the ointments from doctors but they weren't working and it would come back. I did a lot of reading and anything greasy / ointment based may make it look like it's helping but it doesn't let the skin breathe, which can actually make the eczema worse. A light moisturizer like the one from leftfield is so much better for keeping their skin hydrated and letting it breathe ☺️

Thanks everyone - got him some vegan cheese and some almond milk and ordered some Epsom salts. Thanks for all your support ❤️

My baby suffered badly from it, bathing with only water from soaked oats helped massively. Avoided all other baby bath products. Also try qv bath oil from Amazon
