Am I ovulating?

18m pp & still bf. Been trying for 6 months ish. But this is the first time I’ve had a positive LH🥺 I’m still quite new to testing - when should we BD? We did 2 days ago & today.

Based on the last few tests it looks like you should ovulate in the next 24-48 hours!!

@Sama so when do we BD? Sorry I’m so new to this all lol x

I would again tomorrow and the next day. And FYI I don’t ovulate at all while breastfeeding. I have to completely wean to start ovulating again 😑

Definitely keep testing until your LH goes back down so the app can determine your peak, not just the highs

@Rosie no of course, sorry i didn’t make it clear enough! I would start BD today or tomorrow if you can as you’re probably in your fertile window with those results and some fertility specialists say it’s helpful to BD a few days before ovulation as well as the day of ovulation. I also gave you the wrong information, it’s 24-36 hours from your ‘peak’ result that you’ll ovulate (i believe that’s what the test pamphlet says). So like Sarah said, keep testing till your peak is determined.

@Naomi do you mind me asking, are you still experiencing a period even if you aren’t ovulating? Wondering if i’m in the same boat

@Sama no period and no ovulation. Last time I had to 100% wean at 13 months PP and then 1.5 months later I got my period. I’m about 1-2 weeks away from being done weaning to try for baby # 3🥺 I’m now 14 months pp.
