M&S do a pack of no VPL pack of 5 full briefs, £12. They’re the best I’ve found for every day comfort. Don’t necessarily smooth but hold it all in, in a big brief. They also do light control and high control ones (more expensive but can recommend light control for every day, especially if wearing a dress or something a little clingier)!!
Ive got some good ones from amazon.. high waiste c section pants.. just ordered more.. though gonna check out the M&S ones now for sure!

What’s so frustrating is I’m such a thong gal because I feel like full briefs make me shape worse x

If I’m honest I’m still wearing high waisted and midi underwear because of this 😅. Any normal type of underwear I absolutely hate because of my little pouch after my section. It cringes me out🤣xxx
I got some high waisted pants which work, but they're basically granny pants & I used to be thong girl 😭 not loving it tbh
@J these are the ones I have, my issue with them is how large the seams are 😅 there's no hiding them I'm 9 months pp but they're still the only things I've found to fit properly
Ah such a good question. I'm sick and tired of pants also folding over because of the shelf 😒
