What do braxton hicks feel like?
I don’t think I had braxton hicks first pregnancy. I’m 31 weeks now with second baby & last night experienced something strange. I needed the loo to the point I was hunched over crying on the toilet, tight stomach but with what felt like a knife being twisted up my bum! I actually didn’t even go to the toilet and it subsided after about 20 minutes. What an earth was that 😂😂😂

Braxton hicks very much tightening of the tummy (not painful) However from a lot of experience the knife in your bum, I’ve been struggling with constipation since before I fell pregnant and it can very much cause pain in your bottom especially when you’ve got trapped wind and everything is so compact and a lot of pressure.
The tight stomach feeling sounds like Braxton Hicks! The knife being twisted up your bum feeling sounds like constipation if I’m being completely honest 😂🤷🏻♀️
