and since ur babies body isn’t used to having this much heat on her, just have her wear lightweight breathable clothing and maybe even get her a cooling towel from amazon to keep her cool when you guys are out, the weather is only going to get hotter 😅

i’ve lived in miami my whole life and only ever met one person who got a heat rash, if i remember correctly she didn’t use any ointment or cream but she just applied a cold compress. i’d say for ur baby, id wet a wash cloth and apply it a couple times a day
