Binge eating

Is anyone struggling with binge eating since breast-feeding/pumping? I can’t help and not stop.

Breastfeeding hunger is worse than pregnant hunger 🤣 BUT if your body is telling you to eat, do it. You can always just try to swap out your normal snack for healthy options if you are worried 💗

I do it without breastfeeding. The only thing that has ever helped me was not go longer than 3 hours without a meal or snack. I’m not hungry every time but will make myself eat something healthy. Fruits and yogurt, carrots and hummus, mixed nuts.

practice mindful eating. also look into breastfeeding friendly parasite cleanses . they cause major food cravings. everyone has parasites and there’s plenty proof of the body functioning a lot better after a cleanse. you can try blending your own green juice , cucumber, cilantro, kale , mint , celery , pineapple & drink it with the pulp for all the fiber of the plants, chew mindfully while you consume it and this can help minimize cravings and detox you
