Little one’s size

Went to our 15 month appointment the other day, our little is 16 months now, and he’s 30inches and 25lbs. When we were done getting measured the nurse kept saying how he’s just gonna be a small guy. What is your little one’s size? And what exactly is “normal” because I don’t think there is one really?

My girl is 2’7” (31 inches) and everyone calls her tall

My son is 31 inches and about 21 lbs. he’s absolutely a little guy. We take him to a gym class with a bunch of babies and he’s noticeably smaller.

My daughter is 30 inches and 20 pounds. Her pediatrician says she is petite, but her weight is good for her height.

My 7 month old son is 27 but he’s a big baby

At our checkup he was 32" and 27lbs. He's a big dude, has been tracking in the 80-98th percentile for everything since birth. My oldest on the other hand was always petite. Both born in November so exactly 2 years apart- my 3yo is 38" and 29lbs just to compare their body size. Regardless, as long as they are still growing and are happy and healthy I don't think there a right or wrong weight or size for kids
