It’s not bad for your child but it is for your milk supply, marijuana dehydrates you so it makes it harder to keep up with your supply.

What I know is that not enough gets into the breastmilk for it to be psychoactive. (But could you imagine if it did lol)

Honestly I never had any issues with my supply nor with baby seeming “stoned” however I did wait to smoke again until my breast milk was fully established and had a good supply already going

^ that’s usually what you have to do, create your supply first

@Vanny yes! I did the same and noticed a huge difference this time around with supply staying good! And I also make sure to hydrate as much as possible

I’ve exclusively breastfed my son since birth and he’s 1 1/2 now 🥲 he’s still nursing somewhat through the day randomly and mainly nighttime to fall asleep. I got my supply steady and then started back slowly reintroducing smoking through papers when he was around 4-5 months I’d say. I’d nurse him to nap or bedtime and then smoke so by the time he woke up, the levels would’ve gone somewhat down. It helped my anxiety and PPD tremendously but I just did what was comfortable for me and found people who understand which also helped tremendously! He knows how to sign different things, he started saying actual words around 10 months, walks, runs, counts, is learning colors , etc. eats perfectly fine and all that good stuff! Feel free to message me! 🤗
