Can someone tell me what type of rash this could be?

It’s red and it’s kinda flat. It’s not raised, it doesn’t look like it. But it’s hot to the touch and my 4 year old keeps saying that it’s super itchy. It’s also goes away super fast and then it comes back, it started this morning when he woke up. I’ll add more pictures in the comments below.
