Moms with multiples, what do you get the baby for his/her birthday???

I’m losing my mind what to get my second born son for his birthday and what to tell others to get him. My oldest is 3 and my youngest will be 1 in may. I took pretty well care of all of my oldest sons toys and clothes from when he was little, so we still have everything we need for my youngest with his older brothers hand me downs. These kids have a billion toys and I’m definitely not over exaggerating too much they have SOOOOO much so I have no idea what to do. Any ideas?
