I would try to pick up another healthier option to relieve stress. Girl let me tell you I LOVE me some 💨 but smoking especially is not good for the baby. Maybe try some meditation and yoga in the mornings! They really helped me during pregnancy when I couldn’t smoke.
Also! You should totally start stretching NOW 😂 girl I waited too long and I felt so stiff and achy.
Don’t panic! ❤️ I’ve received a lot of judgement but personally I medicated throughout my entire pregnancy and beyond. My baby is 5mos, exclusively breastfeed, and he’s huge, in the 98th percentile. I haven’t stopped smoking or even lessened the amount tbh and he’s perfectly healthy. If you’re able to cut back or quit altogether more power to you! But don’t worry, baby will be okay EDITED TO ADD: my midwives and doctors all know about my usage! It’s for medical reasons 💚
I second meditation and yoga! I did that along with contact free boxing when I stopped smoking right when I found out I was pregnant. It’s not only good for your mental but also great to be active while pregnant

She wasn’t trained in prenatal then @Fel my person trained in it and has done several in other pregnant women
