Advice please

I am roughly 7 weeks post surgical management for my miscarriage. How long did it take everyone to start feeling a bit better? I don’t mean mentally I’m in physically. I just feel like my body is exhausted permanently. I feel like I’m very aware around the time I’m about to ovulate now and I’m getting quite a lot of stomach discomfort and feeling nauseous. I had my first cycle 13 days ago and it lasted a week and was significantly heavier and longer than my ones previously . I am desperate to start trying again, however I’m scared of another miscarriage as I don’t think I can take feeling any worse than I do now

Hi, I’ve just been through 2 missed miscarriages 1 at 9 weeks and 1 at 10 and honestly I wanted to try again asap. I just went through another early miscarriage and it’s devastating but I feel like the one thing that gets me through is ovulating and trying again. I think it varies with different people but definitely listen to your heart! X

@Courtney Davis how did you feeling yourself in the weeks after it? I just feel like I don’t feel 100% like exhausted and my is stomach sore frequently xx

Thank you. Tbh, all I do is nap every day pretty much, I’m tired all the time (I’m still having b12 injections from my last girl as I’m still 11 months pp) so that probably doesn’t help. My mood is up and down and I can never feel 100% happy anymore x

@Courtney Davis I have b12 every 8 weeks at the drs also. It’s just so awful. Did you get any stomach issues? X

I get stomach ache quite a lot but tbh my main stomach issues were sorted out not long after I had my girl as I ended up with pancreatitis and I ended up having my gallbladder out so not much can be wrong now 🤣 x

Give your body time to recover and eat well before rushing into trying again. That way your body can cope with a successful pregnancy.

It definitely was! I was only 5 weeks postpartum but tbh I’d had gallstones for about 12-14 years undiagnosed until then. Even the surgeon said the pain is worse than childbirth and I completely agree 🤣

@Lucy if you can get pregnant your body can cope with a successful pregnancy. I had a chemical in 2023 and got pregnant 3 weeks later. Sometimes it’s just an unhealthy pregnancy so a miscarriage happens. It’s not necessary that your body can’t cope with it. This is one of the worse things I want to hear after 3 losses.

People say things when they don’t have a clue. I’m not sure if she’s had a miscarriage but I’m sure if she had she wouldn’t say that. Only people to say that kind of thing to me is people that have never had one! - try again when you feel right, as I said I had an early miscarriage in 2023 and got pregnant straight away x

My pregnancy after is now nearly a year old! They say after a miscarriage you can go straight onto having a healthy pregnancy. They say that even in my case who has had 3! Tbh, I blocked her as I don’t want the negativity considering she’s got 5 kids basically nearly all back to back so maybe she should’ve taken her own advice and not Comment on people’s miscarriages x
