Toddler crying during sleep

All started when she started the day care! She is 24 months old. Couple of episodes cold and cough. But last week she got fever for 4 days. Monday - Thursday And then fri sat no fever but cough I visited paediatrician and she said its viral Today she is coughing alot from evening And not able to sleep Bit congested and coughing alot She is waking up like every after 10 mins and crying I think again she got fever. I am so worried
