Nappy rash help?

My little boys bum looks sooo sore, any advice help? Do I need to book an appointment with gp?

We recently had a very very sore bum what helped was nappy of time and them a thick layer of suncream every few hours... it actually helped within a day or two!

@Georgia Do you mean sudacrem? Or is suncream actually a good option as I've not heard of that one before 🙂

I ended up taking my little girl to GP he gave her steroid cream and said 30 mins nappy free time a day it cleared within 3 days x

We use the below, I think it’s new as I’ve never seen it before and it worked by morning to take away the really sore bits and then a couple days later it was all gone! We have also had this. Avoid wet wipes. Even sensitive ones can have things in them that will irritate it more. Use a bowl of water instead. Make sure it's thoroughly dry and apply a layer of sudocreme. Do not apply sudocreme on wet skin as it acts like a barrier and traps the water in making it worse. Hope this helps 🙂
