Eat well, please don’t stop feeding yourself and your little one. You grew a new organ and created a whole human inside you. Of course you are going to gain weight. If you don’t want to gain much more from now on stick to meat and veggies. And when craving sweets, eat berries and unsweetened whipping cream 😊 or some low sugar ice cream. Cut sugar, bread, potatoes and rice. If you use margarine, replace it with butter, real butter ☺️
Aww hunny you are perfect, you are growing a beautiful baby inside of your body, I gained a lot of weight for both my babies and carried very different for both the first I was huge all over 18 looking like I was 30 and my second I was all belly 24 looking 18. Give yourself some grace and try some self care, pamper yourself do the little things that make you feel good.
