Period post c section

I had a c section almost 6 weeks ago. I stopped bleeding completely around 2/3 weeks ago and I’ve had no spotting. Today I noticed bleeding that appears to be the start of my period but I’ve had no pain/cramping. Could this be my period? Or is it the post partum bleeding returning?
