Has anyone got any tips and suggestions on travelling with a 3 month old, 3 and 2 year old please.

I pack everything in individual zip locks as it's easy to take out and put back in saves time when trying to get anything you need. Sticker books and coloring books are great there are water colour ones where you only need a single paint brush/finger and water (beware it can get messy, but it will keep them entertained more than just the water ones)
Haven't done it with 3 kids, but have been a frequent flyer with 1-2 I always pack a dedicated bag for each. Snacks and toys. Spare clothes and nappies in their bag. This way, there is no need to dig for anything, and it's self-contained. Tablet with favourite show for worst case scenario. Compact stroller on the overhead compartment. We have 2 one each and we take it with us. Hip/sling carrier is a must. Toys are highly individual hut my boy aged 2 loves trains, cars and puzzles so we have jelly blocks and some cars. I hide them so he doesn't see them for at least 2 weeks prior so that he has an interest in playing with them on the plane. Or buy new. Favourite books is also a must.
