Bumped head

My lg is 1 yrs old. She was playing in her cot and bumped the side of her head just above the ear. She cried for 2 secs but there's a bump there. I've put an ice pack on it and she's fine in herself, been eating drinking and had her usual nap, hasn't been sick or unconscious. She still got a bump there. Should I just keep an eye on her? Many thanks
