Moving to Sunderland

Hi me and my partner currently live in a 1 bed in Gateshead, so need to move before baby arrives. I’ve been looking at properties in Sunderland, specifically the new build persimmon houses in Houghton le spring. Just wondering if anyone lives there and could tell me what they’re like? X

I used to live in a persimmon house on another development in Sunderland and I swore off ever living in another new build. I'm sure they're not all bad, but we found the build quality and aftercare was terrible. We've moved again to a Taylor wimpy site and it's been amazing.
