Sounds like she's got the hair pulling condition id get her to the drs
Also is everything ok at home and if she goes to nursery? Usually hair pulling is an anxiety coping mechanism which is why I'm asking sorry if Ive caused offence just trying to help you get to the bottom of it
We have already been to the doctors, they didn’t say much about it just to go back ba if she continues pulling in 3months time. She does it when she goes to sleep and twirls the hair round her finger and plays with it for comfort I sleep in the bed with her and she trys to pull my hair aswell :( I very much dealt it anxiety anxiety
@YazmynJade
@Rebecca I know it so heart breaking isn’t it. I’ve tried that and also waxing the hair down but she still does it :( I’ve tried so many options. I think I’m gonna have a bald baby soon:( xxx
Mine also doesn’t as a comfort thing! Mostly when she’s tired or about to go to sleep!! it is so frustrating 😓 I spoke with a hair dresser who actually said it’s very common in kids and should get better when their roots get stronger as they get older! 🤞 so I’m hoping she grows out of it! Actually so glad I’m not alone as i am struggling with it. 🩷
*does it as a comfort thing
My daughter is 2 next month and I’m having the same issue!! she’s always been a hair twirler but last couple of months she’s been pulling chunks out as she curls it 😓😓 I’ve tried the scratch mits, dolls with long hair to get her to twirl instead and struggling!!
