Baby bottles!

Please help a mumma out! How did you get your toddler off the baby bottles please? He still has at bed time and he has just started biting the teat and has broke one, so I feel the time is now right? He’ll be 2 in July. Any suggestions of what bottles you have put your toddlers on? He refuses to have a hard spout bottle at bed time 😩

I threw them away. Cold turkey is easiest. Same with pacifier. Mine drinks from straw cups. The first years and zak cups are mainly what we use. Contigo also has a spill proof straw cup.

We weaned our little guy in increments (our pediatricians advice) at 14 months he was completely done with the baba. We started substituting meals for bottle, I would put milk into the straw bear cup and he’d drink toddler milk from the straw bear. Luckily our LO loves all foods- except olives lol When we weaned away from the bottle, we gave meals, put toddler milk (whole) into his bear cup and eventually we had no bottle at all. It could help for you to put their formula/breast milk into a bear cup and slowly start subbing out half, they may look like WTF is that?! But it works lol you’ve got this!

My boy is a great eater! Has his 3 meals and endless snacks in the day ! But isn’t ready to drop the milk at bed time :( & we have tried so many different bottles other than his “baby” bottle xx
