Anyone else's child refuse to eat anything?

My son has just turned 12 months and the last few weeks he's slowly reduced the amount he eats, to the point where is won't eat a single thing now and cries whenever he sees me bringing food towards him. I'm at a loss. All he's eaten in the past 2 days is a single cracker. He's drinking 3x bottles cows milk 8oz a day. Should I seek help or could it be a phase?

Is he well in himself generally? If so I wouldn’t worry too much, “a healthy baby wouldn’t starve themselves” I was once told by a paediatrician. 24oz of milk will sustain him. Do you wonder if the milk is keeping his appetite low?

@Natalie generally yes, he did have his 12 month jabs just under 2 weeks ago so I'm wondering if it could be that? I always offer milk after I've offered his meal to encourage the meal rather than the milk Xx

Yes we are in this boat. My daughter had her 1year review recently and we were right to keep offering food even if there’s a lot of waste. At the moment her diet seems to be milk and berries!
