If you fall pregnant whilst on maternity leave, do you qualify for SMP again or do you have to go back to work for a certain time?

Check your contract but you normally have to return to work. Your eligibility is often based on your hours 15 weeks before your due date if I remember rightly

I think it depends on your contract. Mine has how long I have to return to work for for the rights to be reinstated.
