Daycare babies and Sickness

Wondering how your little ones who go to daycare are doing? My little one has been sick once or twice a month since we started her there. I feel awful. As soon as she gets over something, she'll have a good week or two and then gets sick again.

My guy has been in daycare 10 months now. Only 3 major colds to speak of. Little coughs here and there.

My kiddo has been in daycare since 6 months old. Never been sick. But I’m a teacher so I swear his immune system is top notch. I’m never sick.

I disinfect all the time though. Spray with Lysol toys multiple times a week

The first 5ish months was that way for us but he is finally going longer stretches. I am hoping each time we get a little more time between sicknesses

Unfortunately thats part of daycare ☹️ immune system will start building itself up but being so young you're gonna have some back to back illnesses for awhile. Just try your best to wash and disinfect as much as you can.

My son is litterally in the same situation. The pediatrician told us that he has to build up his immune system after a year or so it will be more better and stronger. But my son got sick the first time with a temperature then for a week I got a break and then he brought something that made me sick as well and we got better but we still have this very annoying dry cough that won’t go away no matter taking medicine.
