Trust your instincts if something feels really wrong, L&D healthcare workers would rather see you and find nothing than have you ignore something that could be serious! I will say it can be normal for your baby to have “sleepy” days in utero. My baby was really active most days and a few times she barely moved at all and it freaked me out. I had a posterior placenta and still noticed reduced movement as I got closer to my due date and baby had less space to move around. I had preeclampsia at the end of my pregnancy which really heightened my anxiety about having a healthy living bsby
Always listen to your gut, if you’re ever concerned it’s not going to hurt to get seen! 💕
Oh I totally get you! Especially when its your first, its all so weird and new and aciety inducing! I’m sure its fine but if you’re worried about reduced movements, always listen to your insticts and go get checked by the midwife. You’ll have a piece of mind and the move will get done. Your health (physically and mentally) and the baby’s is more important ❤️ I had some days of reduced movements during my pregnancy but always better safe than sorry 😘
