If I’m planning to go back to work in January 2026, when do I need to start reaching out to childminders? Some are saying they are full already. Others are saying it’s too soon to be in contact.

I'd start now, I started viewing nurseries when I was 15 weeks pregnant. I also enrolled my baby at a nursery when I was 15 weeks pregnant. He starts nursery next month (3 months old) x
Definitely start now. Our closest has a 3 year waiting list 🙃
I would probably start reaching out now - childminders don’t have as many spaces as a nursery does xx
