I used my fitness pal but it wanted me to eat such a low amount of calories I was tired and miserable 😞
Ahhh fair enough - if you get a workout it, it ups your calories
Also using your calories with a lot protein keeps me fuller for longer. I’m just past my pre baby weight and it’s been 11 weeks. Loosing over 10kg
I have been working out most mornings / when I can with GrowwithJo on YouTube. It’s great just to grab a work out around baby. Also walking ! I also track my calories on MyFitness Pal - You can put your goal weight in and tells you how many calories you need to eat to get to that weight
