Day 7 bandage removal pain

My midwife took my big plaster section thing off today and if anyone’s worrying about how much it’s going to hurt it being taken off this post is just to try to ease your mind 🩷 she told me that it was very stuck to me and warned me that it’s probably going to really hurt because of how well it had been stuck 🤣 but it didn’t hurt nowhere near as much as I was anticipating 🩷 If anyone else has had tattoos and used second skin that hurts at least twice the amount ( in my experience ) they even warned me that they may even give me a “nhs wax” when taking it off but I didn’t feel any hairs being taken out She did it nice and slow and little bits at a time 🩷 for anyone who’s never used tattoo second skin I’m sorry but there’s nothing else I can compare it to But I’m sure it’s not going to hurt you as much at you’ll hype it up in your mind. Sending everyone who’s stressed about it being taken off a big hug 🩷
