I didn't go Glastonbury but I went to Hyde Park BST when I was 8 months pregnant. Had the time of my life! 😂
I went to Download for the first time when I was 5 months pregnant! I didn't camp though, that would have absolutely killed me off. I didn't get to see everyone I wanted as the mud was hard going and negotiating moving through mud, with crowd's and taking it slow as I was worried I would fall etc. But I got to see some bands I had been dying to see and overall had a great time!
I’m planning to go too, will also be 7.5 months. I have been before at 3 months and it was totally fine, sure will be a bit different this time though! 😮💨🤩 feel free to message 💕
@Korisse did you camp? I’ve opted for glamping with an actual bed, in the hope of being more comfy. I feel better now than I did in early pregnancy so I am hoping that will help! Didn’t know about the mother and baby area, thanks for the tip will have a little look ♥️
@Bex my little group has opted for glamping (near site), I’m hoping that will make the experience a bit more comfy and might mean I can get some good kip in between the days! 🫶🏼 praying for minimal mud haha!
@Dee I think glamping would be the way forward, we had to walk through the campsite from the shuttle bus and oh my it was awful lol and my hip was bad enough staying in a hotel haha. We also took camping chairs which my partner carried so I could sit down when needed (there was nowhere to sit with the mud!) And I wore a supportive pregnancy belt to help xx
Thanks for all your amazing tips ♥️♥️ really appreciate it! @Bex
I went to a forbidden forest festival and few raves at drumshed when I was pregnant with my little one last year . Depsite the morning sickeness and tiredness . I still had an amazing time . I toke it easy and sat down whenever I was tired . Never been to glasto always interested in going .
I did 5 festivals with my first pregnancy... Neighbourhood weekend (premier inn, no camping), YNot (camping), Barn, 110 and one day at Leeds. Barn and 110 were small festivals but camped and was fine. Leeds I think I was 30ish weeks, main issue was toilets but it was fine. Assuming you don't have too many hip/back issues I'd say go for it! 😊
I went to a festival at 7 months - just took it easy, no moshing! 😉
I’m going to Glastonbury and I’ll be 6 months! Go for it! Just stock up on hygienic supplies beforehand. I’m just praying the weather is good!
I haven’t been Glasto pregnant, but I went to Boomtown 9 weeks pregnant and it was awful. But being at the early stages of pregnancy didn’t help! I know few people who have gone to festivals further on in their pregnancy and have had a great time! I really think it all down to how your pregnancy is going. If you go makes sure you take every essential for hot weather. Make sure you know where the medical tents are and I’m pretty sure Glastonbury has a mother and baby area that you may be able to get help if you need it. X
