I’m not alone

I didn’t realize how often this happens. I have a 23 month old and a 6 month old. I’ve knew now for months and took it so hard. Haven’t took another but my girls father. I know I’ll have to tell my mom soon cause I’m already 20 weeks and soon will be showing. I’m just getting in the routine of things with two girls now and having to do it all over again, just the thought of it is so overwhelming. I’m definitely not leaving the hospital this time without birth control. Prayer and help of my mom will be the only thing to get me through.
