Constantly on the go moving on from toy to toy never actually finishing a game, climbing always climbing on things over things just very very busy no off button no real downtime hardly slept. Quite clumsy as the body can't keep up with the brain type thing so running too fast and falling over etc Hope this helps xx
@Maria were there any signs around 9 months or before they were a year old?
I just thought it was the norm as he was my first but from 1 year onwards you could see he was the busiest in all the toddler groups I went to and in school he was labelled as having ants in his pants he didn't get diagnosed till late as I had no clue about it all xx
Never slept. From baby. Would wake up to 25 times a night! Very busy. Eyes very awake. I couldn't go and sit with my mom friends, sam age babies, in a coffee shop as my lo was sooo busy. Even at 4 or 5 months. Crawling at 5.5 months, up stairs by 6 months, down stairs by 7 months. Cruising sofas by 8 months. Walking by 11months. Running by 12months. Got kicked out of numerous playgroups as she was too rough, pushed kids over, ran around alot in a sit down space, tackled other kids. Overwhelmed alot. Biting, hitting, scratching etc. More tantrums than others kids. Tantrums lasts longer. No fear. Climb on anything and everything. Impulsive. Hope this helps.
Always climbing, loud, always on the go, easily distracted (moving from one toy to the next) hands and feet were constantly moving even when sitting still, wanted to take a bite of food and run around, come back for another bite.
My boy was constantly on the move going from one activity to another never stopping. It's exhausting!!
Very busy all the time, constantly on the go, never slept through the night, always running Oh and very loud! He was running by the time he was 9 months old
