Any idea what this could be
Hey does anyone have any idea what this could be he’s never been in hot water so it’s not from that he’s had it 3 days now I’m awaiting doctors but I’ve put cream on it and still nothing?

Does the redness go away when pressed on? Can see that if you press with a glass
