Overwhelmed

My ex partner is leaving myself and our child with nothing. The house is sold so I don’t have long to find somewhere to live. I have no savings. He’s taking everything from the house sale. He’s taking the car with a days notice. I don’t know what to do or where to start. I have an extremely energetic, nearly 2 year old, who doesn’t sleep. I’m trying so hard to work out everything out but don’t get any time to do it. I feel so overwhelmed and my anxiety is through the roof 😭
