Depends what you're after. Shorts that smooth tummy bum and thighs, a body suit for more belly and back, undies type ones that just do tummy, bodysuit with shorts built in. There's so many options but also Depends what you're wanting to shape with them

I have a wedding I need to attend when I’ll be 4 weeks pp so following this 😊

I get mine off of Amazon and the brand is YARRCO. They have a few different styles. Went to a wedding last week and wore the tummy control thong shapewear and it was so comfortable and I felt really good in my dress, it’s smoothed out my mum tum really nicely and they’re not overly expensive x

Also i haven't used uper body Spanx but their shape wear shorts and tights are unmatched but on the pricier side
