Is it shorts weather for our LOs? We live in London.

We’ve planned a day out in central London on Saturday. My app is saying it’s sunny and 18 degrees. Is that shorts weather?

It doesn’t feel warm enough for shorts . X

My LG is in a dress, a vest underneath and a cardigan, it’s 10 degrees currently but ends up 18 layer on and then she’s red hot if in anything else

Its pretty nippy when the wind hits, I’ve put him in light trousers x

i’m not a feb 2023 mum but wanted to comment, i’ve been putting my 3 year old in shorts, especially if it’s been above 15 degrees. people are thinking mostly kf themselves if they’re nippy or bit chilly, but my 3 year old has sk much energy and makes himself hot from all his running round etc, children get hot in general from energy so j put him in shorts and t-shirt and i will take a fleece or jacket with us in case it gets slightly cold and he asks for it xxx

I have been putting shorts instead of tights on my daughter under her dresses I think it’s warm enough but i think it gets pretty cold later on once the sun sets so I take a pair of trousers or leggings for then

No, I see so many kids hardly dressed and with snotty noses - doesn’t make any sense to me. It isn’t t summer yet.

I CBA doing outfit changes so just work in layers. For my little girl I’ll be doing leggings and t shirt, layered with thin cardigan and light coat. Socks and trainers as need to buy some sandals still!
