Does this look like a rash?

LO is struggling hard with eczema but i noticed those small dots on his body as well. They have been there for a few days now. Any suggestions? 😔

could be scarlett fever my daughter had something similar it is worth calling 111 and telling them the symptoms, rather be safe than sorry xx
