unhealthy eating??!!

currently 26 weeks and 5 days pregnant and for most of my pregnancy I’ve not eaten healthy at all🤦‍♀️ I’m always eating instant noodles and junk food.. but I end up feeling so guilty!! is anybody else feeling like this?

Yep! I’m so fussy aswell - but any veg I used to like I can’t stomach at the moment!

I’m the same for the most part. Deciding what to have for dinner every night is a struggle cause i hate the thought of EVERYTHING 😅 As long as i feel kicking and feel okay i guess the most important thing is eating!

Make sure you’re taking multivitamins like pregnacare original the whole time everyday and baby can get the nutrients it needs. Tell your midwife or GP just be honest so they can give you necessary supplements if needed. I’ve been like 30% healthy tbh because I literally want the opposite of what I should be having. Just keep trying your best to have a few veg and fruit here and there a day then treat yourself ☺️

honestly I lived off of junk food for my first pregnancy and he turned out completely fine!🤣 trying to be better this time but it’s still not super healthy by any means. As long as you’re getting enough it should be fine💗

Just try to increase your fruit & veg intake a bit around the junk food. Apparently the first 1000 days (conception to second birthday) make a massive difference to your babies life, their organ development, brain etc etc

Same. Take your multivitamin and try and sneak at least some fruit in, its sweeter so easier i find, try a smoothie or even chocolate covered strawberries I still see as a win 😂
