Nausea in the second trimester

I’m 14 weeks as of Tuesday and I went through the first trimester with barely any nausea. Just a little early on. Now that I’m 14 weeks it’s came back. Ugh. I think it’s associated with not eating often and indigestion. Tums helps but not as much. Anyone else dealing with this?

this is exactly what I'm dealing with too. I'm 15w and it started to get kinda bad around 13/14 for me. for me, it's mainly when i don't eat enough or i eat something greasy. but i've also started to notice that i wake up vomiting if i sleep or lay too long on my back. when you get to 2nd trimester you should lay on your sides, laying on my left side with one leg curled and one leg straight, it helps the nausea. also a couple swigs of milk when you have bad heartburn/indegestion. i also find that if i'm nauseous from not eating soon enough then a sour or hard candy when it arises, or chewing minty gum in between meals has also been helping!

Oh my gosh yes! I’m 15 weeks tomorrow and my morning sickness is completely on and off. In the first trimester it was really bad, then I went to my doctor and told her what was happening and she gave me some nausea pills. The beginning of last week I started getting really nauseous again, and I think it has to do with stress and lack of eating.

@Rhiannon I have a pregnancy pillow thankfully so it has helped with sleeping on my side. I had spicy food last night on accident and I think that’s why I’m in trouble. Thanks for the hard candy tip I might try it. It’s very hard to eat often when I’m so nauseous. But then it’s a cycle haha

@Destiny yes I’ve noticed stress makes it worse. I had a very stressful week last week and I was a wreck. I’m trying to take it easy.

I'm 20 weeks and still battle severe nausea every day 🤷

@Rhiannon this is sooooooooooo relatable!!!!!!!

i’m dealing with it really bad now, too. 15wks today and it’s been worse the past few days than throughout my entire pregnancy thus far. for acid reflux i would recommend pepcid.. i was told by my OB & my primary doctor that you can take 40mgs twice a day in pregnancy

I’m 14 weeks and am worse than I’ve ever been… I couldn’t keep solids or fluids down for nearly 24 hours and am still fighting rn. My friend said she was fine all of 1st trimester for her 2ed trimester to bring all the 1st trimester hardships… Unfortunately we can have morning sickness all 3 trimesters.
