Anyone have any idea what these could be? they are itchy and growing larger I’m also getting more I have seen a gp and she said a spot x

@Nelly first appeared about a year ago the larger one but it looked like the one in top right corner at start x
The two close together and by your top look a bit like a fungal infection?
Id be asking to see to a Dermatologist xx
I had shingles and it looked like this just more of it
